河北张家口康巴诺尔湖国家湿地公园遗鸥繁殖群新发现 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
2014年4月14日在张家口市康保县康巴诺尔湖国家湿地公园(东经114°35′06″~114°36′32″,北纬41°49′05″~41°50′33″)发现遗鸥(Larus relictus)3 000余只。同年7月在湖边发现新繁殖的遗鸥幼鸟觅食。2015年4月底发现遗鸥在湖心岛筑巢产卵,同年6月采用国产大疆精灵3四轴航拍飞行器航拍法及样方法统计湖心岛遗鸥种群数量,共记录遗鸥成鸟2 100余只,806巢,出壳雏鸟2 080只。此次发现属于我国遗鸥繁殖地的新发现。 相似文献

The EU 2020 Biodiversity Strategy requires the gathering of information on biodiversity to aid in monitoring progress towards its main targets. Common species are good proxies for the diversity and integrity of ecosystems, since they are key elements of the biomass, structure, functioning of ecosystems, and therefore of the supply of ecosystem services. In this sense, we aimed to develop a spatially-explicit indicator of habitat quality (HQI) at European level based on the species included in the European Common Bird Index, also grouped into their major habitat types (farmland and forest). Using species occurrences from the European Breeding Birds Atlas (at 50 km × 50 km) and the maximum entropy algorithm, we derived species distribution maps using refined occurrence data based on species ecology. This allowed us to cope with the limitations arising from modelling common and widespread species, obtaining habitat suitability maps for each species at finer spatial resolution (10 km × 10 km grid), which provided higher model accuracy. Analysis of the spatial patterns of local and relative species richness (defined as the ratio between species richness in a given location and the average richness in the regional context) for the common birds analysed demonstrated that the development of a HQI based on species richness needs to account for the regional species pool in order to make objective comparisons between regions. In this way, we proved that relative species richness compensated for the bias caused by the inherent heterogeneous patterns of the species distributions that was yielding larger local species richness in areas where most of the target species have the core of their distribution range. The method presented in this study provides a robust and innovative indicator of habitat quality which can be used to make comparisons between regions at the European scale, and therefore potentially applied to measure progress towards the EU Biodiversity Strategy targets. Finally, since species distribution models are based on breeding birds, the HQI can be also interpreted as a measure of the capacity of ecosystems to provide and maintain nursery/reproductive habitats for terrestrial species, a key maintenance and regulation ecosystem service. 相似文献

研究了瓦氏马尾藻(Sargassum vachellianum)规模化育苗及海区养殖技术。采集海区成熟藻体, 室内催熟放散受精卵, 收集并喷洒于水泥板、棕绳、木板3种附着基, 进行受精卵附着、萌发及苗体生长等实验, 发现棕绳育苗效果最佳。受精卵喷洒10d后, 3种附着基的出苗率分别为 85.5%、80.2%和91.3%, 平均株高约1.3 mm。前20天木板幼苗密度最高, 达8.2株/cm2, 但幼苗均生长缓慢。第30天, 幼苗出现明显分枝, 生长率增大到前20天的1.6倍, 其中棕绳幼苗株高最大, 幼苗存活率分别为83.6%、79.7%和75.6%。第60天棕绳幼苗密度及平均株高均最大。将附有幼苗的水泥板(藻礁)、棕绳放入海区进行养殖, 发现幼苗在浪大流急海区生长较快, 4周后平均株高分别达98.7和103.1 mm, 是对照组的1.5倍, 但棕绳脱苗严重。藻礁较适合海区规模化投放养殖, 是藻场修复和重建的理想材料。 相似文献

长江上游中华沙鳅食性特征的C、N同位素分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
应用C、N稳定同位素技术并结合肠含物分析对我国长江上游特有鱼类中华沙鳅(Sinibotia superciliaris)不同发育阶段食性进行了探究。结果显示:中华沙鳅13C、15N平均值分别为(22.480.85)、(10.090.69);不同体长段13C(P0.05,F=2.44)、15N(P0.01,F=6.06)值差异显著,暗示了中华沙鳅在生长发育过程中存在食性转变现象;体长80 mm的个体主要摄食水生昆虫和藻类,属杂食偏肉食性鱼类;体长80 mm的个体,其食物以虾类、淡水壳菜和水生昆虫为主,属肉食性鱼类。中华沙鳅营养级位于2.02-2.47,与长江上游多种底栖型鱼类生态位相似;食物竞争可能是导致其摄食强度弱和资源量下降的原因之一。研究结果可为长江上游中华沙鳅野生资源保护提供理论参考。 相似文献

How abiotic and biotic factors constrain distribution limits at the harsh and benign edges of species ranges is hotly debated, partly because macroecological experiments testing the proximate causes of distribution limits are scarce. It has long been recognized – at least since Darwin’s On the Origin of Species – that a harsh climate strengthens competition and thus sets species range limits. Using thorough field manipulations along a large elevation gradient, we show the mechanisms by which temperature determines competition type, resulting in a transition from interference to exploitative competition from the lower to the upper elevation limits in burying beetles (Nicrophorus nepalensis). This transition is an example of Darwin’s classic hypothesis that benign climates favor direct competition for highly accessible resources while harsh climates result in competition through resources of high rivalry. We propose that identifying the properties of these key resources will provide a more predictive framework to understand the interplay between biotic and abiotic factors in determining geographic range limits. 相似文献

Mating behavior of the Hog-badger (Arctonyx collaris) was recorded on 463 videos (totally 8053 s) taken with auto-trigger cameras between March 13 and May 13, 2017 in Jiangxi Wuyishan. Males followed and guarded the females for several hours before mating. One mounting behavior, and three mating behaviors were observed from 01:55 to 08:49 on April 18. The durations of mating behaviors lasted for 731s, 1690s and 1494s, respectively. Based on these observations, we found: 1) mating behavior was controlled by the female, including obvious sexual solicitations; 2) females can mate more than one time within one estrous cycle; 3) quickly and repeatedly pumping and inserting behavior was observed in male during mating. 相似文献

丁香北京瘿蚊Pekinomyia syringae Jiao & Kolesik以幼虫在北京丁香Syringa reticulata subsp. pekinensis和暴马丁香Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis叶片内隐蔽为害,为害严重时导致寄主提前落叶。通过林间调查和室内试验,对其生活史、习性研究发现,该瘿蚊在北京1 a发生1代,以老熟幼虫在表土层结茧越冬。3月初越冬幼虫开始化蛹,成虫羽化盛期为3月底至4月初,成虫不需补充营养,有趋黄性,卵孵化期为4月上中旬,4-10月幼虫为害,10月老熟幼虫脱离叶片在表土层结茧越冬。本研究结果为该虫的综合防治提供了防治基础。 相似文献

Sexual selection has repeatedly been shown to be the probable driving force behind the positive Darwinian evolution of genes affecting male reproductive success. Here we compare the sequence evolution of the sperm ligand zonadhesin with body mass dimorphism in primates. In contrast to previous related studies, the present approach takes into account not only catarrhine primates, but also platyrrhines and lemurs. In detail, we analyze the sequence evolution of concatenated zonadhesin fragments (555 bp) of four Lemuroidea, five Platyrrhini, and seven Catarrhini, using the rate ratio of nonsynonymous to synonymous substitutions (dn/ds=omega). Unexpectedly, subsequent regression analyzes between omega estimates for the terminal branches of a primate phylogeny and residual male body mass reveal that sequence evolution of zonadhesin decreases with increasing sexual dimorphism in body weight. Mapping published mating system classifications onto these results illustrates that unimale breeding species show a tendency for rather slow sequence evolution of zonadhesin and comparably pronounced sexual dimorphism in body weight. Female choice and sperm competition can be assumed to drive the evolution of zonadhesin. We speculate that the level of sperm competition is lower in more sexually dimorphic primates because males of these species monopolize access to fertile females more successfully. Thus, variation in sperm competition may be driving the observed negative correlation of sequence evolution and sexual dimorphism in body weight. 相似文献

Marine invertebrate populations usually show high levels of genetic variability that has frequently been associated with spatial
and temporal environmental heterogeneity. One of the most heterogeneous marine environments is the intertidal zone, the habitat
of Collisella subrugosa, the most widespread and abundant Brazilian limpet. C. subrugosa has planktonic larvae that can disperse over long distances, what can promote gene flow among shores, working against interpopulational
differentiation. In this study we investigated the genetic variability and populational substructure of C. subrugosa through analysis of 24 allozyme loci in 14 samples (590 individuals) collected along 2,700 km of the Brazilian coast. The
genetic variability was high ( and ), as expected for intertidal species. Genetic differentiation among samples was low (F
ST = 0.03) what may reflect intensive gene flow associated with larval dispersal. However, we detected an isolation-by-distance
pattern of population substructure in one sampled region. High levels of heterozygote deficiency were also observed for many
loci in each sample. Alternative hypothesis are discussed, and the “breeding groups” is suggested to explain these pattern,

Habitat fragmentation could alter ecological traits including species trophic habits. Here, we used carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios to establish differences in isotopic niche width and food resource use between forest fragments and the continuous forest for the phyllostomid frugivorous bat Artibeus lituratus. Using mist nests, we captured bats from two forest fragments and two sites in continuous forest, and sampled from each individual captured three body tissues with contrasting turnover rates (skin, muscle, and liver). Samples were collected between February and March (austral summer) and between August and September (austral winter). In addition, in each sampling site and season we collected potential food resources (fruits and insects) consumed by our A. lituratus. Our findings indicate that A. lituratus had a predominantly omnivorous diet, with high consumption of insects during summer in forest fragments. The increasing consumption of insects in these fragments seems to have led to a wider isotopic niche, in relation to the continuous forest. Because A. lituratus is typically a seed disperser, changes in trophic habits in the forest fragments from frugivory to insectivory may diminish their role in forest regeneration.
